Round Holes These are views straight down on ground zero, cropped from the hi-res NOAA photo. The building at the top right is what's left of WTC6, center right is WTC5. While we don't discover any floor assemblies or stacked up concrete, we do see something very odd. Check out the sharp round holes. Notice the large one down through WTC5. Half a circle is cut out of the building, the other half is carved into the debris lying next to the building, 9 stories below. See the three holes side by side near the bottom of the picture. It looks as though a giant drill press was used. There are quite a few of these oddities at ground zero. Can falling debris cause this effect? The second picture to the left is WTC6. This 8-story building appears to have been hollowed out down to ground level. Notice all the round, vertical holes. The entire hollowed out section has a scalloped edge, as if it were carved with a giant drill. Even down at ground level, int the dust and shredded steel, we can see round imprints. While we have to look elsewhere to discover any floor assemblies, this is proof that the rubble hunt can be very interesting, even if we haven't found our holy grail. |
